The staff was very helpful during our stay, and the food was surprisingly good despite some minor issues. the pools and beaches were well-maintained and offered beautiful views of the ocean. we enjoyed the amenities and location of the resort.

There were a few concerns during our stay, including noise levels from nearby venues and lack of accessibility options for families with babies. the room was quite noisy at times and we had some trouble sleeping.

The butler service was excellent and we enjoyed the exclusive perks that we got as a guest. the food was good and we had a variety of options to choose from. the pools were well maintained and clean.

The noise levels were high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have strollers available for rent which caused inconvenience.

Clean and comfortable place with great facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the various pools, restaurants with good quality food, and the complimentary massage. The kids club and nanny services made this hotel very kid-friendly.

Everything is what I need and want.

We are in paradise! Surrounded by the blue-green sea, we enjoy views of the sand, palm trees, and, at night, the stars. the food tastes fabulous and prices are reasonable at the different bars and restaurants. We love our spacious and well-decorated room with an outstanding bathroom, and the daily service exceeds our expectations. Breakfast is our highlight of the day, very delicious and varied. We also appreciate the great spa location with highly skilled therapists.

The entertainment could be more varied.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive. the staff is wonderful, helpful, and attentive, making our stay comfortable and very clean. the food quality was a surprise, with restaurants offering delicious meals, from Mexican to Inari cuisine. the spa center offers an amazing massage and body wraps. the infinity and outdoor swimming pools provide a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. the beach access is just a few steps away, and the aquatic park is very impressive. the lobby and snack bar are very cozy, with the best espresso machine ever tasted. the private facilities available are exclusive and add to the luxurious experience.

If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the best option.
